Quick post for now... Avery is 17 lbs 6 oz! She could say 4 words as of the 8th but now has added two more!! Those include: Mama, Dada, Hi, Ut Oh, Baa "Bye" and waves with it, Buh "Book" while looking at a book! Avery started crawling last Thursday! We were all in the living room and she just got up on all fours and instead of falling to her belly army crawling, she just took off crawling! Then she would do it a little but then default to the army crawl/scoot but now she is crawling much more and showing off to everyone at daycare! Watch out kids because now she is mobile and she crawls over to the toys and plays; the other kids love it and Rachel is a good big sister, she plays but protects her sissy, sometimes she gets into the "mine" stage but usually at least replaces the toy with another to avoid having Avery cry (and getting in trouble for not sharing) when she takes her toy:) Rachel is amazingly smart; her and Daddy have been working on letters and numbers; he will write a letter and then she will; he will point out a letter and she will say what it is. Last night she knew all the colors and letters in her color book! She also showed me what a hexagon and octagon were! She will point out the letters on t.v. especially Seseme Street! :) She loves the letter and number of the day! Okay have to get back to work; will update pics and videos soon. Got some more pics uploaded this past weekend but not many...will have to start taking more!
