Avery is now 8 weeks old, Rachel is 3 yrs old...time is flying by. My maternity leave is almost over :( I am really bummed as I am loving being home with these two! Rachel is really changing, she likes to dress herself now, she has started make believe play (so much fun to watch her imagine), she even goes over the neighbors all by herself...I don't even have to walk her over anymore to play, she just goes up the door, knocks, and heads in! I am lucky now if she looks back and even luckier if she runs back to hug and kiss me (this all changing in the last 2 months). She also has pretty much potty trained herself since Avery has been born. She told us, "babies wear diapers, I am a big girl." We are so proud of her! We are looking for and starting a new daycare the end of the month so I am a little nervous but long story short, we are taking both the girls to the same in-home daycare so that is great! I had interviewed one and took Rachel with me while Grandma watched Avery; on our way Rachel kept asking where Avery was...such a good big sister! Well gotta a get a few things done around the house while the girls nap. Love you, Callas'
