Its amazing how quickly the time flies; it doesn't seem like over a month since I've last written. Well to update everyone on our little sweetpea, she now says Daddy (Dad-dee) very clearly and loves it!!! She said Mama 5 times to me on Mother's Day so that was great, however, I have yet to hear it today :) She cut two more teeth last Friday so has 4 coming in on the top and 2 on the bottom. She absolutely loves to try everything we are eating and drinking and likes to feed herself with her hands or help you put the spoon in her mouth!!
Rachel and Adam took me out to eat Saturday night and it was so fun. Rachel liked to interact with the couples behind us more than anything else I think :) We are blessed to have so much family nearby; we spent Sunday morning at church, then my Mom's, then went home to plant some flowers Adam and Rachel got me, then went to his Mom's! It was neat to be able to spend my 1st Mother's Day with my Mom, his Mom, talk to Linda, and spend it with Brianna for her 1st Mother's Day too!
Today Rachel got to meet a new friend, Porter! Our friends, Chris and Maura had a beautiful baby boy on Sunday so we got to meet him today! Rachel likes to say "Hi" so as soon as she saw the baby she got really excited and sort of screamed "Hi!" It was so cute :)
I will try to update more often but am planning and preparing for her 1st bday so the next one will probably be all about how much fun that will be!
